- Mojito - Bucket Glass 1 oz. fresh lime juice 2 lime wedges 4 mint leaves (fresh) 1 ½ tbsp. superfine sugar Dash of bitters (optional) 2 oz. light rum 2-3 splashes club soda Mint sprigs for garnish
Add the lime juice, lime wedges, bitters, mint leaves and sugar to bucket glass (Double Old Fashioned). Thoroughly muddle (crush) the ingredients with a bar muddler or the back of a spoon. Add ice to the glass and pour in the rum and club soda. Granish with Mint Sprigs.
- La Floridita Daiquiri - Cocktail Glass, chilled 1 ¾ oz. Light rum ½ oz. Cointreau (or triple sec) 1 ½ oz. sweetened fresh lime juice Lime wheel garnish
Pour ingredients into iced mixing glass. Shake contents vigorously and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
- A Day at the Beach - Tall specialty glass, ice ¾ oz. Pineapple Rum ¾ oz. Coconut Rum ¾ oz. Mango Rum ½ oz. DiSaronno Amaretto ½ oz. grendadine 4 oz. pineapple juice Pineapple wedge and orange wheel garnish
Pour ingredients into iced mixing glass. Shaked contents vigorously and strain into tall iced glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and orange wheel.
- Carribbean Delight - Tall specialty glass, chilled 2 oz. Coconut Rum ¾ oz. Kahlua ¾ oz. whole milk ¾ oz. chocolate syrup ½ cup mandarin oranges 2 scoops chocolate ice cream Whipped cream and chocolate syrup
Pour rum, kahlua, milk, oranges, syrup and ice cream into blender canister. Blend all of the ingredients and pour into tall, chilled glass. Garnish with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream. |
